I’ve moved states and countries a few times and have definitely honed my friend making skills, it’s all about repeat exposure and making the first move. Social sports, work friends and friends of friends are usually the quickest way. You could try fitness classes and chat to people afterwards/ask to coffee? Or find some incredibly niche charcuterie board meet up group 😍

1. yeah sis. plants from home improvement stores are trash. 0/10 recommend. 2. the charcuterie board is cute! would love a tutorial popped into another video if you do it again! 3. making friends as an adult is definitely hard. well for me anyway. but i've recently started joining more small groups around different interests, like church, swe, acting, etc. i've been making strong connections and i don't have to "try" or force it because we're already meeting on a common ground. you'll find your tribe(s)! Oh don’t think about it like that, that’s a very limiting mindset! We all are at our own pace, so compare and track progress only against yourself and not other people. I could compare myself to similar people my age that have accomplished way more, but that would do me no good, and just discourage me further. Read up on comparison and how damaging that is
