Thank you for sharing your life being a mom and a teacher! Balance is key! I switched to a travel insulated mug for my coffee with a lid that closes completely. No more spills. =) Merry Christmas! Enjoy your break and time with your family!

At my old school, we got in big trouble if we did not do attendance if we didn't take attendance in the first five minutes of school starting. I'm at a different school now and they are so kind....we never get yelled at for not taking attendance...just a gentle reminder if at all.

Totally! Every school is diff and I get the urgency and safety for students who may be gone without parents knowing etc
