I can honestly say I have the privilage of once being a member of the Derby Swimming Team,( many yrs ago ) where Adam trains in the UK. I've heard him say many a time how bad the pool was there. I think it was slightly worse back when I went which put most of us off going full time. I would like to think Derby City Council could rebuild and make a brilliant pool in this man's name. He's been the back bone of British swimmers for many yrs breaking records every time he entered the pool and winning medals galore. I personally hope with all his new training and thoughts Paris 24 will be very fruitful. 💜👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Ok i gotta say this before this channel gets more traffic. You have a professional athlete that has a lot of knowledge about training, nutrition, mentality and what to do when. A podcast style that shares that knowledge would be immensely helpful for others Please fill the niche on youtube that shows the professional part of a professional athlete. We see the glamour and the competition on tv, but we dont see the effort behind the scenes. Most KZbin channels dont go deep into that topic, because that would decrease viewership, but i wholeheartedly believe that deep dives into the topics above, in a condensed fashion, would attract a lot of interested and ambitionned athletes
