Once you take your tour(orientation)they will most likely interview you and then you will get the job. That’s at least what happened to me. I don’t know if it’s different in other buildings/states. Plus they are always hiring!

In my location and I've seen very similar from other locations. As long as you show up to orientation you pretty much got the job. No interview was done on me. Chances are you wont be interviewed either since its near peak season when they hire a ton
