Day in the Life of an AC Apprentice PT.1 First Day on the Job Maintenance on 80% Furnace

In this video, I am training one of the newest members to our team on an 80% Lennox furnace. He seems to be pretty sharp and hungry, so I think he’ll do well. We’re covering all the basic operations and checks for a fall maintenance. Including checking, temp rise, checking, volts and amps on motors, inspecting burner assembly, checking and cleaning flame sensor, inspecting ductwork, performing combustion analysis, inspecting blower assembly, checking static pressure, changing filters, and more! He has a great teacher. I'd also point out the condensate drain. P trap looks too deep. Plus although they put the vent in the right spot, they capped it. So its basically useless. Good video.
