For Dylan's first time doing this, he was pretty good. My father sells this but in my country, we call it 'Snowcone'. My grandfather sells it and has been for over 40 years. It like a family business. None of my uncles wanted to take over the business for my grandfather so my father did so. Its a bit different than how you guys make it but it looks yummy! I work at a snow cone place and the machine we have to shave the ice has a door keeping the ice from flying out. That machine not having that door gives me so much anxiety because I occasionally have a block of ice that wants to escape. Personally I wouldn’t want to be hit by it

Snow - and ice shavings (which is what you've 'created') - are two separate things ! Snow - is individual unique flakes, created from water droplets. Your 'snow' - is just ice shavings from a solid block of ice.
