Wow I loved it all. Especially the ghee tip of overnight storage to remove water, mind blown! I always have to simmer for nearly an hour each time I make ghee. Also loved the Dahi sandwich. Just my experience I don’t warm the malai from freezer just add the curd and store outside and it still sets the malai. In case you ever wanted to try 😊

Love ur videos...as always... ❤... U can skip adding the culture and setting the malai again... We just leave the frozen malai outside or in the normal fridge...and when it's a temp enough to be churned easily, we just churn it... My mil uses the hand churner like olden days...i use a hand blender .. comes out beautifully... Will save i time and also multiple times of heating and setting curd etc... .

@@art78656 By mixing ghee and oil generates harmful components which affects human health as both has a different smoking points. heating oil/ghee beyond its smoking point leads to its break down and hence creat a harmful components which affect health.

It happens when you leave even a single drop of liquid of buttermilk in ghee. That’s why I separate the last 2-3 tsp ghee from the main lot and use it immediately to avoid any issue. 😊

Hi. It is Ghee 😊. The Process of Butter or Makkhan stops till churning and contains a lot of water which I extracted and burned in the end to get the ghee :)
