Try grating ginger and garlic on a small grater as it separate the ginger fibre from the paste and it comes out very neat, you’ll see how easily you’d get fresh ginger garlic paste.

My suggestions is to buy appliances that are multipurpose and can serve you different ways. These days many air fryers comes with in biult OTG systems and they are hands down very useful. :)

I literally learn basic skills from your videos. Only one request if you can share ghee making recipe from malai would love to watch your method.
