Nice video, Nick! Can you give us some examples of how you are adding value to a relationship with a mortgage broker? Are you giving them advice, dropping off goodies, etc.? This is very interesting, thanks!
@nicksakha3 жыл бұрын
Hey Vince, I’m ultimately just trying to make friends. If I can become friends with them I know the rest will work itself out. I do try to add value the best I can by educating them on insurance 101 and something i’m pretty good at is teaching people how to use social media to attract more business. Those are my ins once I’ve become friends

Love the video! At about 9:45 you mention you don't like the business that comes from car dealerships. What don't you like about it? and have you considered motorcycle dealerships? IO can say as a rider myself the whole community is a very different kind of people.
@nicksakha3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! 🙏🏼 Car dealership business doesn’t seem to stick as well as mortgage referrals. I think motorcycle business might actually be better, I’ve actually never tapped into that market.

Great video!, I’ve been in the insurance industry for 2 years trying to climb the ladder to become an agency owner. Any advice you would give to someone starting in this industry?

Appreciate it man! Tons of videos on my channel on my best advice. I would say for starters, build a strong personal brand, have great credit (you’ll want access to a line of credit for when the going gets tough) and find mentors

When you become an insurance agent owner, does Allstate provide all office expenses and employees or how does it go. Thanks for any help and guidance for me on this.

Hey Nick, how much does AllState take every month? Would you recommend I start my own brokerage/agency or start under a big company like AllState?
@nicksakha3 жыл бұрын
Hey Marco, Every contract is different, however usually you will find with most companies pay anywhere from 6-10% on renewals depending on the company.

Hey Nick! A market recruiter reached out to me in regards to being an agency owner. Just like you I started in the banking industry and have an entrepreneural mindset! After watching your video I'm definitely more interested in being an agency owner than I was before. I'm currently looking for a mentor in the industry and would love the opportunity to network with you and develop a mentor/mentee relationship. Thank you in advance!
