Just noticed that when you do the leg presses it looks like you’re pushing a bit too hard at the end and it looks like your knees are taking a smash. Maybe it’s the speed of the video or something, but please be careful for that! Don’t wanna hurt your knees and have that prevent you from getting gains!

The videos get a little bit repetitive, I definitely suggest switching things up! Maybe instead of doing daily Vlogs if it’s the same thing repetitive you could possibly do it in a weekly vlog? I suggest doing daily vlogs when you have errands to do all day.
