well field work in canada and USA is so overrated. engineer on field are told to stay on target but as the project is ending you are pushed to work harder while you remain in the dark if are gonna be laid off or transferred. and you will be pushed to put in extra hours with no guarantee of job security.

Software engineers in US are highly paid after gaining 3-4 years of experience. But talking about Civil Engineers I have heard that they are underpaid. @amitab bachchan india
