"no one is judging you for what you eat" yes! This is one of my fav things (among many things!) I love about working from home. That has always been a huge pet peeve of mine, feeling like you cannot eat or drink anything in the office without people commenting about it or judging you. It's because of that I developed bad eating habits at work and eating fast food or unhealthy quick food that I can just eat in my car instead of heating up something in the break room. Break rooms give me so much anxiety, you literally can't do anything without having to explain/justify what you're eating.

I think we need to change this and be open. If you don't lead the change - it should be fine to eat what you want to eat! I even now take homemade Indian curry and warm it up....and I don't care in the office. Focus on what is best for yourself :)

Sadly no such luck - I’m working on a big digital transformation programme so have the same issue: multiple work streams = 1000 meetings a day 😭

Yes, absolutely. I think we're all shy!! So I know when I joined Deloitte, I was unsure if what I was going to ask was dumb and hence didn't ask. I do think your colleagues are aware of how difficult it is joining and try to ease you....and give you much much more simpler tasks.

Hey Kuka! Oh god, can I say I cheat it by having an afternoon coffee? Honestly, I've kinda embraced it and make sure I do all my 'listening in' meetings as much as I can during this time. I've really realised that diet plays a bit part to my afternoon slump. I'm a big carbs girl so I'll eat a lot of rice / pasta which hits me hard :P Changing diet helps me get rid of it....I'm still looking for ways to mean I don't get it either haha

Thank you!! I’ve also heard that reducing carbs and instead loading on proteins helps, as well as eating in moderation... Pauses and changing focus may also help with energy slumps... Coffee sadly doesn’t work very well for me! So I also tend to wait it out and do routine work then haha! Thanks again and look forward to another such video, I really enjoyed it

Would say higher salaries in Big 4 and I think exit opportunities are quite similar but the brand of MBB can help you get faster progression when exiting.
