You have gone to school, you found a job, you are ready to prove to yourself and the world you have what it takes to be a Glazierman. Now you want to prove how brave you are...Just a casual moment up on a swing stage with a couple of Crazy Glaziers Calgary Alberta. Please note how clean and organized the swing stage is.

Sure miss working at heights...I had a 20ft Outrigger fall 7.5 stories and land on the right side of my back leaving me a paraplegic back in 2013 in Halifax NS...The roofers took all the weights of and cut the lock off the tie downs and pushed the Outrigger halfway over the parapet and left it, not even tagging it out, someone pushed the button to see if there was power and down it came... Make sure of everything before going up...Work safe fellas!!!

Wow, sorry to hear Brother. YES, for sure you NEED to go check your roof each and every time you jump on your Stage. Takes a few extra minutes and employers may frown, but it is your life on the line, not theirs. Do your Safety Checks. Thanks for sharing your story.

steven kemp My apprentice was young and stubborn...there was never any fear of falling...good to know that safety harness and safety lines are definitely confidence boosters when working at heights.... Be safe we are all going home safe at the end of the day to our families. :-)

Hi Harula. Yes. Every day. I would even suggest before you get back on stage after breaks and lunch. (That's over kill, hopefully it doesn't get to that point) Play safe my friend.
