Just started watching a ton of YT vids on real estate bc I want to make a career change. I currently am a home health PT so I am in and out of my patient's homes. My patient's are mostly 65+ and GIRL! I know what you mean by the urine, mildew, musty smellin homes. I have also been in roach infested, have seen bed bugs, hoarders homes, and stripped down to the core homes due to all the flooding here in houston.
