I think you are the only one that opens the curtains because if it’s a nice day out you might make them play outside. My sweet mother played dolls with me for hours on end. When I was an adult, she confessed that was her least favorite thing to do but it meant the world the world to me so good job mama!

Have you ever tried putting on calming meditation music and instruct the kids to take deep breaths with their eyes closed? Also helps that they don't look at screens 90min before bed, and that they don't eat anything that will give them lots of energy. Have them be physically active in the afternoon, so they'll be tired by bed time. I wanna see more Calliope. She's so cute, pretty, and fun.

I wonder how you raise your kids that they seem to not addicted to a gadget/mobile phone. Here in Indonesia, almost every kids are addicted to it.
