Literally had the same neck problem the last few days, just take a really hot bath and try to keep moving it in the direction it hurts to help loosen it up! Worked for me

Hey maniac, That same thing happened to my neck a couple years ago and it ended up being a vertebrae popped out of place in my neck. I went to the chiropractor and he fixed it with one crack. I'd definitely recommend having one check it out.

If your neck hurts and you have trouble raising your arms above your head, you probably fucked up during bench press. It happened to me a couple of times where I readjusted my tucked chin position in the middle of a heavy press and fucked my spine up. I couldn't turn my neck to the left nor could I press over my head. Pretty common injury
