That is not how the body works. Sure some people have a higher metabolic rate but everyone put on weight if you over eat. Proofy just thinks he eats a lot I bet if he counts his calories for next month it wont be that much.

No offense, but this isn't really a day in the life. All you did for 6 minutes was sit and talk about random things. A day in the life would consist of you showing short clips of your day, like when you wake up show us what you do, show us when you go to the gym, show us what you do when you're not playing and so on and so on. That's personally what I want to see, and just to reiterate, I'm not hating!
