I always like being early, especially with public transportation where they can be unpredictable in their arrival times. I was a big planner, I always have house clean and organized, I always look nice and tidy and all of this cut loose when I gave birth. My baby boy is very active now as he’s 14 months but I feel like pst year he just lived on my arms. I had to learn do clean, wash my face and brush my teeth with him in a wrap. Please don’t be harsh on yourself when you will not have something under control or not planned something . This little ones are taking piece ( big piece ) of you and all your time. It’s all ok !

I'm so happy for you Mindy. I was about a week behind you. And so happy to follow you and see what kind of symptoms you had and to see what you were going through since we were so close togther. Last week I found out the baby does not have a heartbeat. So on Friday I had to have a d and c done. I'm truly heartbroken. It's very sad to watch and see how your tummy grows and when your baby gets older I'll be like awe that's how old my little one would be and just to think I could be experiencing the same things but I'm not. But in a strange way it also brings me comfort to watch you. I probably make no sense at all lol I wish you and Larry the best and hope all is well.

when I had my daughter almost 7 years ago, I wish I would have known how much I would need to lower my standards. with the exhaustion, I couldn’t think straight, I was more emotional and therefore slower at tasks. It was such a wake up call and now 7 years in, I am still learning what are the top 3 tasks for each day. I use a day planner that has the hours written out for each day and I give myself an hour for each task so I can leave room for an inevitable meltdown, potty break or mess. I like to keep my home clean so that is a priority for me. lunch is at 11 and we use the whole hour to eat and clean up. then noon to 1 to read, wind down and start naptime. I do much less but all the things I really love to do!

MINDY - YES its normal to have itchy breasts whether its one both .. your MILK DUCTS are developing and it can get itchy ... i like the kind of videos where you and Larry just sit and talk .... whether its answering questions or just sitting there being ... I just love the realness of conversation ... today was a FUN video to watch.. wish it was a little longer but those are the videos I love ... about larry always being the one you wait for when going out, that surprises me because him being a past police officer, normally they are VERY routined and on time .. maybe his retirement has allowed him to not be so rushed and just takes his time more now that he can.
