Hey guys! So sorry I missed last week's upload! Here's a little day in my life vlog! And I realized after the fact there is barely any footage I filmed of me and Willow for this vlog even though she's a big part of my everyday lol.

You have a full-time job just managing your health. Most people wouldn’t understand that. Also, making awareness videos like this is worthwhile and could lead to more research into mitochondrial diseases, so don’t allow yourself to feel like you aren’t doing anything worthwhile. ❤

Hi! My name is Andrea, it’s so kind and generous of you to have this channel. I know the effort it must be doing these videos and editing them for YT. I have metabolic myopathy (but my doctors think the type I have is mitochondrial myopathy so we are investigating) so I really know the effort it takes to do anything. :) I have been sick for 20 years, I was 23 when out of nowhere I could barely move. I know exactly what you mean when you talked about work and job. We have different lives, most people can’t even imagine what is like (and that’s ok, I was like them once and I can’t even imagine their lives either :)) so it’s tough to live through that specially because we have dreams and hopes like everyone else. I am so glad you do your Bible study. I have suffered so much needlessly throughout my disease because I couldn’t believe in God. But now I do and my life is so much better because of it. It has helped me immensely. I pray you get better and God gives you the wisdom and strength to go through this disease. You are a joyful person that is already gold for a people like us. You are a very strong person just that, for smiling. It was very nice to meet you. Albeit from a video on youtube but it really was. May God shine his face upon you. PS: Don’t mean to give advice just to exchange experiences, have you heard about ketogenic or the ketogenic carnivore diet? It has helped me a lot (digestion, anemia, pain, brain fog and many other stuff) although it hasn’t cured me. It’s a weird diet (as if I wasn’t weird enough haha) but it has helped more than most medicines I take. Had to ask and share it with you because I wish someone told me about it sooner, like 10 years ago. :)

Hi Andrea! Your comment left a smile on my face. You are so kind! I don't know where I would be without God and I very much relate with you that life is better because of Him. Thank you for your prayers that means so much to me. I have heard about the ketogenic diet! It's not something I'm able to do because my diet is already limited right now with what I can tolerate & I have to be on a low fat diet for my pancreas issues. But I do know of other people where the ketogenic diet has helped them. Thank you for mentioning that though! I pray for you that God will have His hands upon your life and help you to feel better, and guide you through the ups and downs that mito can bring. May God bless you!❤️

Hi, I am in love with a guy who has mitochondrial disease. I met him through a dating app. I want to know the chances of this disease being passed down cause he is rejecting my love due to his anxiety

Hi! It really depends on the kind of mitochondrial disease he has. If he doesn't know, it's best to consult with a genetic doctor about it. And if he's rejecting your love due to his anxiety all you can do is be there for him. ❤️
