This is the first time I’ve heard taking L-Arginine for migraine. Thank you for sharing! Sadly I don’t think I can handle it as I have very low blood pressure 😢. I have recently started taking Co-Q10 and Riboflavin and feel some improvement in lessening the severity of my Hemiplegic attacks. Medications have also helped to lessen the severity. But the frequency is still chronic - once one attack ends, another begins within hours :( so frustrating. Please keep sharing your journey🙏🏻 You’re experience no doubt will help someone out there some way or another. Blessings to you!

@TheMitoWarrior does your migrane cause severe stomach pain? I feel like I'm getting cut in half by a sword. The pain is so much that I puke.

4:30 we have a German Shepherd named Mahlo, he’s a sweet boy. You’re so smart, beautiful and brave you need a million more views! I’m 57, a mom/grandma with POTS ( and other stuff), I’m going to pass your video on to my adult daughters and maybe Facebook, if that’s ok? It’s important to share our experiences, it helps both the giver and the receiver.

I love, love, love the chair! Thank you for sharing parts of your day, I subscribed. Grief is hard. You know how sometimes you wake up in the middle of a dream and it takes a minute to realize, oh I was dreaming and now I’m awake? Well that is what death is like, it’s like waking up and realizing it was all a dream and what you experience is more real than this life. Have an incredible day!

Histamine can be an issue. These symptoms started for me in 2020. After two years of tests and my own research I have found a low histamine diet has reduced my daily symptoms and aura significantly . I don't take any daily medication, even though I was offered multiple drugs. I hope this helps someone. ❤

Hi. What kind of mitochondrial disease do you have and how long can you live with it?
@TheMitoWarrior22 күн бұрын
The type of mito that I have has actually only been found in me & my mom! Because of that there isn't an actual name for it. For me I've never been given a specific life expectancy but even if I had I wouldn't pay attention to it. There's no way of truly knowing! I'm now 23 :)

Im trying to figure out what i could possibly have, and mito is on my list of possibilities. Ive been trying to get into the mayo clinic but so far, no luck. Since i was young, ive had issues with my muscles, with spasms, twitching, really bad tightness, pain, and tremors, as well as fatigue that within the last few years has gotten much worse. Even without a diagnosis, im learning to manage things but it would be so much better if i had answers. I used to use soley a cane, but now i need to use forearm crutches to manage my fatigue. Do you have any advice for seeking a possible disgnosis for this or other rare diseases? Possibly any active support groups? Lately i feel like im just having even more of what may be crashes, generally having a rough time, and i wanna just go to my doctor and cry it out to them.
@TheMitoWarrior11 күн бұрын
Yes! There is a website called Mitoaction.org. They have a lot of wonderful resources to check out. There are also a few different support groups on Facebook for Mitochondrial disease that are really great. I would definitely suggest checking out the doctors they have listed on Mitoaction.org to see if it would be possible to see any of them. The road to a diagnosis is so hard, especially when you just want answers. Remember that you aren't alone and don't stop fighting and advocating for an answer to what's going on with your body. If you have any other questions you are more than welcome to ask❤️

Sorry about your condition. Mitochondria is not a life sentence. The male and female body's has different and specific times when precursor, NAD is produced in adequate amount to activate and replenish the.mitochondria, the medical fraternity is not aware of this fact.

Hi my name is Imre. You probably won't see this but I hope you do. I also have mito. I was diacnosed when I was 9 years old and I'm 15 now. I love your channel I love watching people with chronic illnesses that is more or less in the same shoes as me. My heart and intestines is effected. I have low mucle tone. I'm always nauseaous and most of the meds you take I take. I have a feeding tube and a port a cath. Me and my dad watched you before and he really likes your channel and I'm a new subcriber. I'm still going strong.😊❤ Thank you for posting and keep up the hard work and never give up. You are special in your own ways. 😊❤❤❤

Had my 4th episode in the past year this week. Worst one ever.. full blown stroke symptoms. Couldn't speak, left side completely dead and aura all at the same time. Lasted what seemed to be 6 hours and set in the ER for 12 hours. Hoping for a cure. I changed my diet and am strict with it. I don't even drink caffeine anymore. Hopefully it will go away. Praying the same for you kiddo.

I started taking CoQ10 and Carnitine on advise of my neurologist. It didn’t feel like it helped at first until I stopped it for a surgery and I got really sick. The hardest part is finding CoQ10 that I can take down my GJ tube. Have you found any liquid brands?
@puddlesplasher73 ай бұрын
I dont think i can put the link in KZbin comment, but Now Foods makes a liquid CoQ10... I've used their version, and many others from them, and their supplements are good quality.

Thank you as always for your helpful posts!😃 I also find that missing Coq10 dose makes fatigue worse, also for me vitamin D vitamin Bs and Folic acid super important since I always seem to be low. My heart is giving me some trouble with tachycardia arrhythmia lately, hopefully can get that settled down soon. May I ask do you also use CPAP? If so has it been helpful? So far I am not finding it helpful.

Hi, I am in love with a guy who has mitochondrial disease. I met him through a dating app. I want to know the chances of this disease being passed down cause he is rejecting my love due to his anxiety
@TheMitoWarrior5 ай бұрын
Hi! It really depends on the kind of mitochondrial disease he has. If he doesn't know, it's best to consult with a genetic doctor about it. And if he's rejecting your love due to his anxiety all you can do is be there for him. ❤️
