Not only do the former often have no idea how to train a true natty (i.e. how to stimulate progressive overload, the ONLY way natties ever grow), but they have their own agenda down the road (desperately needing to cover massive drug costs). I would rather work with someone who is smaller yet extremely well informed about matters related to exercise science, kinesiology, and nutrition, than some bigger but less intellectual guy who is basically just big because he won the genetic lottery with regards to drug response. A wife that copes with not having a husband by collecting dogs. Just because you think it looks good on the outside doesn't mean its healthy on the inside. Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

Believe it or not, some people hire personal trainers just to have conversation while training. Some people aren't interested in getting max results. A good trainer will recognize what a trainees goals are and go with it. If you push people too hard that don't want to be pushed that hard, they will find another trainer. Rich Piana said it best on how to be a successful trainer.

It’s no secret. Showing the stack he’s on is a lot like showing that he drinks water every day. We all know it’s happening so why even bother.
@toddshelton47856 жыл бұрын
Understandably so. For a few reasons. First of all, steroids are still illegal in the US, most of them(pro bodybuilders) are most likely trying to avoid any of the legal issues that may come with steroid use. Plus, let's just say, for the hell of it Brad showed his cycle and his dosages. A LOT of these guys who have no idea how to take steroids, how to eat while on them, etc would try to hop on the same exact cycle, because they saw someone(in this case Brad) take said cycle. Let's say a 170Ib guy took Brad's current cycle(PS Brad typically weighs around 230). The dosages would be way too much and, to put it lightly, cause more harm than good and I can't imagine Brad would want to hear that some kid fucked up his hormones and potentially killed themselves because they saw Brad's cycle and thought "if he can look like that on steroids, then so can I".

No doubt when Brad Rowe shot this he thought: "This is going to be great for my profile!" But the fact is: this almost couldn't have gone worse for him. He's driving at ridiculously dangerous speeds, needing to calm down via weed, smashing his counter top in a rod rage, flipping out at everything (including cleaning his house obsessively at 4am), is clearly totally disengaged from his clients in all their sessions. He's basically totally unlikable. And after seeing this, I can't imagine anyone would want to train with him. He seems like he's one mishap away from going totally postal...
