I know Sheerluxe has moved into a different direction for their KZbin videos, but BTS with Rich has left a significant lack of energy in the videos. I think more so on the segments like "A Day With" and any BTS type videos because they lack life/heartbeat/ energy. If all possible bring Rich back even if it's just to film those segments.

Regardless if it was Rich's decision or Sheerluxe, there's definitely a lack of energy to those segments and hopefully Sheerluxe will find a new groove in filming the videoa.

I personally think somethings suss about Rich’s exit. As the last time he filmed with Sheerluxe there was absolutely no indication that they where parting ways. Plus there was 3/4 episodes without Rich before the announcement that they where going there separate ways. Which of course to me indicated there may have been an investigation of some sort. And Rich didn’t fare well. Because after all these years such a cold exit. Just didn’t make sense. Regardless, I still love the show.

Thanks Kelly Crump for sharing your story 💕- I have had a breast cancer recurrence, busy with chemo & about to have my next surgery after mastectomy & have lost my hair for the 2nd time in 3 years. So encouraging to see you looking so incredible & your positive mindset is really encouraging. Sheerluxe I would love more content like this. Maybe an insert on how more women cope with breast cancer - e.g. coping with hair loss after chemo (or from alopecia).

I’m sure we all miss Rich on BTS. Could you not just find another up and coming videographer ? Snappy banter and quick with the edits. Not every thing can be done effectively in house. I’ve give it a few episodes and it’s still pretty flat. Watched the new BTS on HURR and I’m afraid it’s just better.

Feels like the show is improving bit by bit. Loved the BTS of Georgie's Day and the Breast Cancer story - although it could have gone a little deeper. The only element I really don't like is the chopping between the panel chat and the segments. I prefer the panel chat at the start (or end) in one go as it's too distracting otherwise....but that's only my personal opinion. But I'd like to re-emphasise how much the show is improving. Kudos to the efforts and sheer hard work all round.

I really liked the lockdown series when all the staff made a day in a life video... Maybe that format. I also love how that same format has been adopted for your Instagram. Can those be uploaded on KZbin shorts. Switching between the different styles from the sit down show to day in the life is not working for me. I don't know if anyone else feels like that. I’m sorry to say that although the chatty section of the show is still good, the BTS is really lacking in the “Rich-ness” magic value he added and has taken you backwards to the early days of the Sheerluxe show when you were all rookies…. that was ok then. Rich took the show to a whole new level and I personally think if you dropped the behind the scenes altogether and concentrate on the normal show that works as a stand alone the subscribers would appreciate that more…just my personal opinion,but I’ve been a loyal follower from the beginning.

Ditch combining the two formats- it just doesn't work. Split the show and BTS up again. Works far better and get someone behind the camera who knows how to interview and inject more personality. Rich made it look easy because he's excellent at his job and an expert in his field. Olivia, Polly, Lu and the panel chats always work well but introducing the BTS content from the sofa seems very forced like this

Can we have something constructive instead of just saying sth like “it’s flat without Rich, blah blah blah Rich.” Yes Rich was great and but he is obviously not coming back. I would say personally I prefer the more fast pacing editing of the old BTS, some of stuff can be trimmed off. Loved seeing Georgie’s day! Would love more content on Georgie’s busy day/what’s on her desk or BTS shooting, OODT, also can we bring back Lu and Charlottes styling/shopping videos?
