I think you should try to drink coffe a little bit later into the day. E.g. neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Huberman says that it's best min 70-90 min after waking up. When you just wake up you have high cortisol levels and if you pair it up with caffene you will be super energetic and then afternoon crash will be much worse.

Try the following dough recipe: one egg, half cup of oil, and cup of milk.. one tablespoon of bread yeast, one tablespoon of baking yeast, one teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of sugar. Then add flour until the dough is soft but not too sticky. Let it rise for 30 minutes. I went to the TS concert in London in 2018 and it was so amazing, even with pretty bad seats haha. So really looking forward to the Paris concert - with good seats.
