Awesome! 💪😉Got few new amazing facts: Angle of foot takes 10-15 sec off pace and 1 liter of sweat gives extra 10 BPM. Thanks.👌😉Waiting for second part.💥😎

@@diazhp no problem! One question I want to run by you. What do you think of the term “ hybrid training “ when it comes to people like hunter? Cause really when you look at its definition, thats not really what hunter does because both components are working simultaneously, which is more suited to the term “ synergy training “. What do you think of that term as an alternative way to describe the likes of hunter? I also train weighted exercises and cardio together and the term hybrid actually annoys me abit, its easy to run in the morning and lift weights in the evening, putting them together is completely different..

@@M.C.R.SYNTRN call it what you like. Every time I turn around someone creates a new “buzz term.” I’m old school, I try and avoid stylish terms.

@@diazhp fair enough man, i suppose all that matters is the results, regardless of what you call it.. just seems to be everyone is a “hybrid athlete “ these days

@@M.C.R.SYNTRN actually.\, in my opinion there a lot of posers, they want to be recognized. Put in the work, win and nothing else matters.
