there is an ATV you can build but its a mid game thing, lots of cave diving into the lava area for resources to build.

you can shoot the rabbits and chickens with bow only.

Floppy build cl;ose to a big lake with the under water cave, or close to where you were there is a sweet waterfall flowing into a small pond.
