As someone who plays quite a lot of ranged top, Quinn is actually pretty difficult compared to some of the other ranged champs. She doesn't really do a lot of damage early game so she often loses lane priority until she can start clearing wave with Ult even into many melee bruisers who just rush armor and tank her weak early game autos. She plays much more like an assassin like Talon and Zed than a standard marksmen. The treat comes more from her strong roaming than her raw 1v1 power compared to champs like Vayne or Teemo.
