DAY SHIFT VS NIGHT SHIFT: New Grad ICU Nurse

Because I started my nursing career in the ICU, and have spent a couple months on day shift and night shift, I've developed a little list of pros and cons to both sides of shift work. I've loved starting my career in the ICU, and organizing the ICU life in these videos. Another “con” (in my opinion) is that all three meals occur on day shift. Granted, ICU patients won’t all be able to eat all three meals, but the ones that can eat often need a lot of help, if not complete feeding, and, in my experience, there are no CNAs to help with meals.

omg im in nursing school and i want to try to get in the icu right when im out of school so i can start getting my crna requirements. I guess im scared to do icu lol but its just bc im inexperienced.. soo night shift it is?
