Welcome to DAY TWO of the #blessedbeginners 10-day yoga challenge, designed to help beginners start their yoga journeys. If you are interested in starting yoga or are still a beginner this a great way to build a foundation to developing a strong yoga practice. It is also great for those of you who feel like slowing down your practice and going back to the basics. Day two is all about opening up into your hips and really trying to release any kind of tension stuck there.
