Maybe try to increase your vitamin D… I love cymbiotika! Try to make sure you’re getting enough magnesium specifically when you sleep, and maybe add some liposomal glutathione. You are in the sun so much in the summertime. Maybe the not getting your usual sunshine causes you seasonal depression.
