i don't think this is natural. this channel has the guy putting the birds back into the nest. I wonder if he didn't also add the sticks to keep the birds in. I don't care. I'm not a fan of cuckoos. i just don't think the birds in these videos are surviving the cuckoo without substantial help.

They used that cuckoo like a bean bag. Cuckoo had a better chance of pushing a Toyotas Corolla uphill than pushing one of those chicks out of the nest.

I hear that baby cuckoo crying because it keeps pushing the birds of the nest but keep failing, maybe if these type of birds stop being a parasite.. maybe these cuckoo birds wont suffer so much, i say karma is a bitch, these cuckoo birds chose to be lazy amd have something else take care their babies, i know for a fact that evil spirits behind all of these animals acting straight up weird, i mean some of these birds eat sruff that they not suppose to and its straight up insane

The parents do recognise he is different , but they carring and would never kill him , hard now to push the others out , he jst need to survive if he can , wild life is not easy , at all , survival instincts rule everything 😉

Actually you can’t do that, the mother will reject any baby birds that did not come from the batch of hatched eggs. The person recording this actually placed all the real baby birds back into the nest when the cuckoo keeps pushing them out. He placed big wooden sticks on the outside of the best to prevent those baby birds from falling out of the nest. The cuckoo is too busy doing this instead of eating so the other real baby birds out grown it. As you can see, it has not eaten once and spent all it time and energy trying to push the other 4 out.
