yea! the dtu/dtd doesn't apply on offhand though so its gonna be tough to beat a gg stalker's in regular season imo

Does it means, than crafted vampiric claws is the best offhand option even in regular season?

Vampiric is for main hand, dtu/dtd is local to the weapon if it’s on a wep. Best main hand to me would still be stalkers. If you hit a gg vamp claw it could be bis, needs +5, big ED, big DTU/DTD, and Deadly
