Better to avoid because for traveling to Havelock or to baratang u have to use ferry service,when rain starts there are chances of ferry cancellation. There is no alternative for ferry

Do we have to make booking to Baratang prior to 2-3 days of the visit. Is there rush for tickets like the government ferry?

No need to take prior pass, you will get pass at entry point of reserved forest area, not much rush for government ferry, there is no private ferry at time of my vist

You need to book cab, because two wheeler are not allowed,i took help from online site called " experience andaman" they are very useful , don't go for whole package because they are expensive
