This was one of the best things I watched tonight. I love how happy he is to be with his drums. His relationship with them started so innocently and he's grown to love them even more. Dowoon smiling the whole video while he explained how it works and what he likes about it makes me so happy~ I love when people talk about their passions. Such a sweet guy! 저도 도운오빠 보고 진짜 멋있어서 드럼 배우고 싶다고 생각했는데 축제때 밴드부 드럼치는 언니보고 반해서 작년 겨울 방학부터 드럼 배우기 시작했어요! 아직 완전 잘 치지는 않지만 저를 드럼에 완전 빠지게 한 밴드부도 들어가게 되었어요!! 도운오빠 드럼 칠 때 너무 멋있어요 진짜ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 하지만 아직 필인이나 빠른 리듬은 매우매우 어렵숩니당.... 하핫 하지만 안 쳐지던 리듬이 쳐졌을때!!! 그 쾌감과 뿌듯함은 정말...말로 이루어 말할 수 없죠....😻

Ppl may say that he’s not a deep thinker like other Day6 members. He lives in the moment. How he came to drumming illustrates this observation. He thought it was cool so he took it up and keeps finding nuances in drumming. It amazes mehow well he plays, as if he has a natural feels for rhythm and beat and how to embellish or pare down to make songs better (a conductor indeed). This is living in the mement. He learns while plays. He composes while plays. Drumming fits him very well indeed. BTW the way he talks and his facial expression are just precious. He’s a good kid, a straight shooter, and not prone to mood swing or depression. These clips on Day6 and their instrument are like doorways to look into their personality and soul. They are all different yet together they make beautiful tunes and well crafted lyrics. Can’t wait to see what they are working on.
