Hi Dayle, thank you for the in depth review. I have been eyeing the mini Alexa for sometime now and very impressed with the price. Mulberry has a soft spot in my heart as it was the first brand of bags I got into...along with Dior. When I started into the bag journey 10 ish yrs ago, the regular Alexa was such a rage, but I never bought one due to some of the reviews that it being slouchy. But now I see that it has more structure which means that organisation may be easier. I may just be tempted to get one for myself. I do love the braided rolled handle too. You picked a gorgeous colour too. I look forward to many pictures in Paris with this bag.

I think the smaller bags lend themselves to being more structured but still for so much in!

It was so wonderful to see your beautiful smiling face today lovely Dayle. Just what the doctor ordered. This bag especially in this colour was made with you in mind. It is just so very pretty. Well I have some news. Another feather in my cap.😁 I found out Monday I have skin cancer on my scalp, about an inch up from the top of my forehead. I have surgery to remove it this coming Monday. I'm going to lose some more hair. 😱 I just can't afford to. 🤣The best was when I told hubby and he said "well you always say you want a facelift so just ask the doctor to pull your skin up tighter and you'll get a partial one for free" 🤣 Don't worry anyone who happens to read this. This is my hubby's way when he is so worried about me, it comes out in humour which is just one of the things I love about him. He likes to put me at ease too. Bless him. Well there you go. I love the look of this handbag ever since seeing it in a few videos from Steph of handbagholic. The color is such a Dayle colorway. I wouldn’t mind having one in that size and perhaps the next size up in a navy, mulberry (or other wine color) or a black. Thanks for sharing!

I recently wore mine around the UK for 6 weeks, and it was so secure and durable. Loved it. It was very easy to hold at the front of me when in very crowded places . Easy to clean .

I dragged my mini Alexa around Europe for a month. It was great to use, felt very secure, and it still looks as good as new. I will definitely be getting another!

Yes Dayle, i love mine too. The lock is a bit fussy but the cuteness stole my heart, and it fits a lot. But for me the strap end juts out a bit since i set it at the shortess length and i am not tall and petite. Was about to do my review too on this handbag that i had. Love the color of yours too. I got it at a very good price too. Yes never say never to another one if the nice that comes out called my name...lol. Thanks for sharing 🤗🤩😘

Hi Dayle this bag is a great move. I was going to say just forget the flaps as a starter so you're not repeating the motions but you got there 2/3 in. Are we overthinking? Probably! There's a point where you rationalise your wardrobe, don't compromise on things that matter and forget the rest.

i bought the larger size when it came out when i was still in school, Alexa Chung was the IT-girl (it’s named after her) and black was the only color available. it’s somewhere in my closet and still looks fab, the quality is great but i’m not into that school-bag look right now, so i haven’t used it in years. maybe in 2030 i’ll go back to it😂

I love this bag. You influenced me to buy it. I looked at it online. Thought for too long, and then it sold out. I went into one of the shops randomly and asked about it and the sales manager called the london store and they had one in stock! She ordered it and i had it within a couple of days! Referencing the Made In China label, I have a question 🙋🏻‍♀️. Let’s say it’s made in a factory in England that’s owned by a Chinese company using Chinese labour, in effect using the exact same materials but (hopefully) better working conditions as in China, but it now has a Made In England label stitched into it and costs (at minimum) 50% more due to minimum wages and applied labour laws. Is that label worth the extra dollars - say from USD $1,250 to USD 1,950? People want these little touches but then don’t want to pay the price 🤷🏻‍♀️. Anyway, cute bag and what a great invention are hat liners?!
