I agree 100% on DST. I propose we spring forward 30 minutes then never change it again. Happy compromise.

Something... anything... to avoid having to change clocks twice a year. It's moronic! Where I live (Florida) already passed the law in our State Legislature to adopt year-round DST. The governor signed it. Now it's just sitting in Congress waiting...........

Hi -Really like your videos. I can finally get puffy dough but it's very crunchy and brittle, not soft. I use 70% poolish and pre-cook the dough with just the sauce for a few minutes in a hot pre-heated oven, then add cheese. Any Ideas?
