Been there 👍😁 Found out that putting the bow down a few days helps. It clears the head little.

@@jaustli perhaps. I only shoot weekly so, it's disappointing when I have a bad week. Worst thing for Mez is that after having 1 or 2 good shots, I get a little scared of taking a more shots in case they miss, and then I get frustrated. I find shooting without aiming is more relaxing.

@KTBIOM I know the feeling. Can't shoot all the time either. Yeasterday I shot only a few arrows because I have had som trouble with form and everything.. It went well and I stopped before I messed up everything again 😅 Glad I found your channel by the way, but now I want a korean bow

Get one. They're great bows. Challenging but very rewarding.

Today I firstly shoot in the real range and my arrows couldn't reach to the target. I only could send my arrows by 120meters, which is 25meters shorter. Good news is that those arrows are pretty much aligned to the target. So next time, just 25meters more! I cannot agree more on your comment, you don't want to call it a day with bad result. It is exactly the same as mine, so allow me to say cheer up!

@@이승표-k9l Thanks for sharing. Hope you hit the target next time you visit. I once tried to shoot 90 m and it was really weird pointing at the sky with no reference. Practice, practice practice

Thank you for the clip as always; I think these days are as inspiring for archers as those days when every shot we take seem to land on the target. It's something that keeps us going, well at least it does for me!

I've never got my best accuracy on camera, it's very often tricky with the camera rolling I find it can add a surprising amount of extra pressure, depending on the day which brings distractions. So might be worth doing one or two rounds with it off for yourself just to see how they go too, although you might be doing that already.

Yes. I agree. The act of setting up camera and positioning to shoot adds a stress element. There is also the temptation of editing all the bad shots out to leave the good ones. I just film, no script and leave everything in. The truth is there. The good, the bad and the ugly. Damn. I should called the video this and got some Enio Moricone soundtrack to it.

Thanks. Weather has been very mild so far and my problem is that usually I get too hot when I shoot. Especially the 78# Cheonjigung. It's a work out. I have water and keep some nuts on me to make sure I'm hydrated and have some good calories. I'll get a warm meal when I get home.

Hello! Looking for your new English language video. I just want to update you that I finally made my first hit the target yesterday and today I did three hits (out of 5 arrows cause 1round is shooting 5 arrows). If I hit 5 in 1 round (5 out of 5), I will get a title "Jeob Jang". In my mind, I am trying not to follow such a thing, I just want to clear my mind and being myself with my bow. But in real I want to get the title in short time. I know you practice hardly and over here in the other side of the earth, I am doing the same thing. So, Cheers mate!

@@이승표-k9l Great to hear about your progress. Grades, ranks and points can be very distracting. I think this is why archery teaches humility. If we just focus on shooting, everything else will come down the line. If we focus on the status, the shooting will suffer and we achieve nothing. All we can do is have more practice, and to practice more. Keep up the good work 💪 👍
