Great plan for the calendar Adelaide, if you push yourself to catch up it’ll just take the fun out of it and nobody wants that. Stitching is meant to make us happy not create stress. So glad you’re feeling better.

Hi Adelaide! Glad to hear you are feeling better! The calendar is coming along nicely. I can’t believe how dense the stitching is on some of those motifs! The 200 stitches a day would be a challenge for me some days! Excited to see the Yule piece come alive! Take care!🎄😀

Thanks so much! The calendar is looking beautiful! I'm really enjoying looking at it as I stitch. The motifs for Christmas do feel more dense than Halloween. But I also feel there was more backstitch in the Halloween calendar too. I loved stitching on Yule Goddess and can't wait to get back to it. Happy Stitching :)

Glad you are feeling better. Don't feel bad about the Calendar. I am still trying to build the Snowman. I have decided to put in 200 stitches a day too. I am working on the numbers right now so that when I have time to really sit down and put in more stitches I can do whichever block I feel like stitching on. Your having a heat wave and we are having a cold spell. So far no snow which is good. I just ordered Have a Cup of Cheer by Shannon Christine Designs and I will be doing it on 14-count Blue Opal essence. It will be the first time stitching on Glittery Fabric. Happy Stitching.

I'm so excited you're trying Opal fabric. It's addictive I'll warn you. The shine of the glitter is so pretty! And Cup of Cheer is one of my favourite patterns. I'm going to add it to my 25 WIPs selection. Good idea doing the numbers for the calendar. I hope you're enjoying your December stitching! I'm slightly envying your cold weather right now. I think we're going to go over 40 degrees today, which is about 104 fahrenheit. Happy Stitching :)

@@adelaidestitches I hate the hot weather. We are suppose to get some snow tomorrow night and into Wednesday. I hope it is not a lot because I hate to shovel it. I cannot wait to stitch on the Opal fabric. I am sure I will love it. It is expensive but I treated myself for Christmas.
