Hey Kelly! Another day of sherpa packing, I mean slack packing, I mean zeroing 😂 Gotta love the amazing twist and turns and speed bumps of life! I’m gonna have to look up that Terrapin Hostel! I have to support the friends of the greatest band in all the land! Hiker thanksgiving looked proper as hell! Glad toasty found his hat, good hats are hard to find! What a beautiful day to crush an epic section of trail. I wish the camera captured the autumn color better but I am glad you got to see it first hand. You said it perfectly, other places get fall, but not like New England. When you guys stop and film and you just capture the sights and sounds of the moment I am awe struck. Huge thanks to Elizabeth for supporting these two ragamuffins! It is bittersweet knowing you only have a few videos left to summit day but all of us viewers can wait! Forgetting shoes .... priceless.... I'm glad you took it in stride ...I once forgot the camp stove at our campsite when we were canoe camping on Lake Champlain in Vt when I was your age...didn't notice until we were on the water for 4 hours.... These are the stories that make life enjoyable especially as we age ..happy trails ....

I’ve been to that gas station! Great sandwiches! There was some road construction going on right next to it when I was there a couple of months ago. There was an old man sitting on the porch of the store and he went to talk to the workers a couple of times. I asked him if he was supervising and he replied and I couldn’t understand a word he said at all! He was a true Mainer!!!!

Beautiful views as always! And yes I'm from Co. originally. Our clumps of aspens in the mountains in fall are pretty.. but until I lived in Maryland for about 5 years in the 90s. I didn't realize how beautiful fall colors truly are. Just like you said vibrant oranges and reds. And so many different shades of those 2! I have so many pics of that time but unfortunately they just don't do it justice. The last two weeks in October for Maryland all I had to do was walk out my door drive down the street 5 seconds. There are so many trees the colors were just phenomenal! I still want to do the east coast drive not hike like you 😂 highway 1 up into Canada and back down in the fall!
