In few cases some Akan borns don't use their kradin, e.g. I was born on a Sunday but I'm called Kwabena Gyasi because my father named me after his brother who was called Kwabena Gyasi.

Your lessons are awesome. Perfect pace (not too fast or slow), and just thorough enough. I do have one question. The way that you pronounce the word "Twi." Is that how the "w" should be sounded, or is that a speech thing for you? (It sounds like you're saying Tui.)

Lol, nah, 'tw' is a digraph in Twi so, together, they form a single sound. Please refer to my lesson on Twi consonant digraphs for a little more detail. There will be another lesson on these kinds of pronunciation soon. Thanks 😊
