God this game was something else, like god damn you really don't realise until later on in the game but you seriously become attached to these characters, they feel like real people. I think one of my favourite parts of the game is when Deacon tries to help out Boozer and keep him from Committing self harm to himself By doing something as simple as trying to help a dog in order to cheer up his friend, and that isn't even mentioning the scene where Deacon was ready to throw away everything just to die with his friend. This game is always going to have a place with me for as long as I remember it.

Try it again! I know the performance is super improved too from what it was at launch. When I played it, there were still a lot of frame rate problems. I still think it's an underrated game though. The horde gameplay is so fun.

Also, you really have to play into it like 10 hours before the game starts getting really good. I know that's not a good selling point for some people though, which I understand. The gameplay is intentionally frustrating and the characters are assholes in the beginning. But it makes all the upgrading and character development that much more satisfying.

@@FeeIRG I mean that's totally up to you and how much of a challenge you want. I just played it on normal and still felt it was a good challenge. Some of those Horde fights are very stressful haha. I've never tried it on Survivor though.

It's interesting when you think about it, Kanye West might be the greatest artist of our current generation. Every single album pioneered a certain sound for not only rap, but just music in general. For example: his 4th Studio Album "808s and Heartbreak" released in 2008, largely influenced artists like Drake, Lil Uzi, etc, and created a whole sub-genre of rap music, while still being experimental, and doing something that no one else was doing at that time. I mean if we go through all the Kanye West albums, they have a large amount of influence. The College Dropout was one of - if not THE first albums talking about how Broken the College system was, Racial Tensions in america, self-esteem, Drug abuse, and so much more in an era where that was not the cool thing to do, he changed that, and made conscious hip hop cool again. Widely regarded as one of the best debut albums in history. Late Registration further expanded on that with topics of Drug Addiction, Death of Family, etc, while improving his already amazing lyrics. Graduation brung many more electronic sounds into the realm of hip hop, using synths, arps, plucks, and even a Daft Punk sample. It was less focused on lyrics this time around, and more on anthems. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is widely regarded as not only one of the best rap albums ever, but one of the best albums of all time in any genre. Going with a maximalist sound, in terms of production, lyrics, and even the multiple covers that this album has. This album is perfect. Yeezus brought Experimental/Noise Hip Hop to the mainstream. A mostly underground, and unknown realm of hip hop that started to appear around 2011, Kanye saw an opportunity to do something different, and he did it. The payoff was an amazing album. The Life of Pablo further experimented on electronic and noisy sounds, while also going back to vintage kanye. His newest solo album "ye" is a deeply personal record, and is more reminiscent on music from the start of his career. His newest work, KIDS SEE GHOSTS with Kid Cudi, is another personal, experimental deep dive on mental health, showing that even through the hardest times of losing your mother, being bipolar, etc, you will become stronger than you ever were. Idk why I wrote this I need to stop smoking weed, but if you read this for some dumbass reason ily 💕
