I adore that dress, it looks so flattering on you! I would say it would be perfection if there was one more ruffle layer, or even if the bottom layer was just 2 inches shorter because I'm always worried things are too short. But if I'd seen you out in public wearing it I Def would have stopped you to compliment your outfit.
