I lost my grandma and there are no words I can say to you that will help but you do whatever you need to do and feel that helps you. I lost my boyfriend in a car accident I was with him, that was back in 2016 after new year and man let Me tell you it haven’t been easy it’s been 7 years I still cry for him but just let your heart go let it cry that’s the best therapy it don’t get easy I would be lying if I said yes but it don’t we just have to live with that park off us missing 😢 stay strong Alan we love you ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Your skin is beautiful Alan, please don’t use the scrubs that have those harsh beads.. they cause micro tears in the skin, and overall just aren’t good.. I’d recommend the Ordinary Exfoliator both the peeling, and Toner 🥳✨ let us know if it helps🥳🥳

my mom lost here brother 4 years ago unfortunately she couldn't go to said her goodbye to him because she not a US citizen that hurt her a lot because she was super close to him! recently my mom got diagnose with pre cancer she been getting better we always tell her " you have a angel in heaven who looking after you" so we can cheer her on and she can be motivated! I know your grandpa is so proud of you and looking after you in heaven one day all of us will get to see our love once.

You don’t need an abrasive scrub gentle one is fine especially for the face. You can even buy a liquid exfoliator with AHA or BHA and it’s still exfoliating bha does it on a deeper level.
