The reasoning can be to visit your grandfather grave, but you can only do two years within his passing so do not hesitate! no need to get a lawyer it is extremely easy to do it yourself there’s a lot of KZbin videos and Facebook groups that can help !🫶🏼🩷 but do it after you re new your DACA please also keep in mind renewals are taking extremely long so I would renew asap.🫶🏼🫶🏼

19:14 as a DACA recipient myself renewal is so stressful and overwhelming mentally. It took me 6 months to get mine I sent it 3 months prior expiring Feb of this year. Alan if I were you I’d start as soon as possible

Life happens (referring to the whole DACA thing) I have it and renewing every 2 years gets exhausting and expensive and yes the renewal process is taking long, I forgot my expired in July 2023 and I started the process in September and they received it in October and it got approved in February 2024😅

Apply for your AP. I'm the oldest of 5 and all my sisters were born here except for me so I completely understand you. They're all going to Mexico this summer and if it wasn't for the financial part I would have asked for AP to go visit my family after 25 years of not seeing them. And word of advice don't stress to much on your DACA renewal there's now an online renewal option which is what I did. Kid you not I submitted my form on a Wednesday and that following Monday I got the email that it was approved and my new tarjeta got to me in like 3ish weeks. I submitted about 6 weeks before it expired. Best of luck and lots of love.
