Whenever I watch your videos I always think how you elevate being a stay at home Mom to something I aspire to. The way you care for your family and how you cook amazing foods while still managing ‘date lunches’ with your husband and outings with your boys. You are an inspiration! Please keep posting your videos. It helps other Moms like me to try and be the best we can be. ❤️

I love how you simplify steps in cooking. For instance, the fried chicken strip. Alot of people will dirty 3 bowls .. one for the chicken, one for the egg, and one for the flour or starch. And then dip and coat each piece...Who has time for that? 😅 You have so many tips and tricks for the kitchen I would have never have thought of!!

I simply put the skewers in my frying pan or in the oven, they're still delicious :) I should make yaki soba sometimes soon, we haven't had it in a while. For me a must with yakisoba is beni shoga. I also have a mayo egg yaki soba recipe. That one is good too with green onions. Before the pandemic I often made those pancakes, just green onions was good already with a spicy dipping sauce, but when flour got scares here I stopped and haven't really made them since. I used to collect recipes that way, but the last couple of years there haven't been much interesting recipe cards and such here. So I switched to looking at pintrest recipes, but still write them down on recipe cards. So much easier to look up and have in your kitchen.

Our eggs have been really expensive for quite some time. Just recently the cost is starting to go back down. I bought a dozen last week for $3.99. It’s been close to $6 so it was nice to see the lower price. Your food looks so yummy. I love to hear everyone just eating because it’s so good. There is no better compliment to the chef than that! Your always so nice and sweet Linna. Thank you. Thank you also for posting your calming videos. God bless. ❤️

My nana had a cookbook of her favorite recipes, she wanted to give a copy it to each kid but my mama was the only one to receive it. My mama added some of her favorite recipes, made changes to old ones and passed it down to me and my sister. I’m in the process of digitalizing the recipes and hope to pass it down when the time comes. The recipes we grow up with and pass to our family mean more to people then something you can quickly Google. If you do make a cookbook, and it’s translated into English, I would love a copy. DO NOT GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM!!

Because I watch your videos I'm able to recognize some of the groceries in the store now even though I can't read Japanese. For instance that big container of plain yogurt you get I noticed it in Paolo from Toyko's recent video and was surprised that I knew what it was. You are, and myself, unintentionally preparing myself whenever I'm able to visit Japan. Edit: if you watch his channel it's his most recent video about a Kinako Maker.
