@@neo7759There is nothing wrong with renting, or leasing and it should not be a measure in how you judge anyone’s success including your own. All things that come with great prices have great responsibilities and not everyone wants the responsibility of a home. Only in America is a house made a privilege not a right and that was done on purpose. There are other ways for everyone including you to invest your money and honestly a house is not a good investment; that’s why most investors that do buy homes buy multiple. Renting and leasing is a way to keep your money going where you want it to go. Everything that breaks down in a home is solely your responsibility and most homeowners these days do not have $250,000 in savings to actually cover the underlining cost of up keeping a home. Water heater breaks, you fix it. HVAC system breaks, you fix it. Your pipes in your home explodes and causes over $50,000 in damages and renovations, you fix it. Home insurance is just like car insurance they don’t cover everything. Keep this in mind before you downplay anyone living their life including yourself. Yes!! Get a home if that’s what you want, yet do not go putting your wants on others. Keep this in mind as you continue to live your life. Measurements of success are not set in stone and the same for everyone. You create those measurements for yourself and only compete with yourself. Do your best to surround yourself with people who will encourage you to keep winning and add to your life.
