Love your videos ❤ from experience I’d suggest meditating and checking in what your body is telling you. I was really stuck in the hamster wheel of social media and it was really a bad cycle for me psychologically so I had to get off and take a huge break ❤ wishing you the best with slowing down

I must say, I feel like I found a new friend! 🥹 I COMPLETELY relate to you about having so many ideas as a creative and feeling like you cant stop your brain from slowing down. I quit my full time job last july to pursue socials full time and have noticed I literally wake up with my mind whirling around so many new ideas. PS.
