Just remember that in Spring we “Spring” forward which means we lose an hour...and in the Fall we “Fall” back...which means we gain an hour! That’s an easy way to remember. ♥️

If you freeze your coffee or your coconut milk into ice cubes it will be a thicker drink when you blend them 😘

As an ex barista coffee expands when blended! If you’re able to make espresso with your coffee machine try using that since it’s a smaller amount of liquid but a higher concentration of coffee flavor 🥰 you shouldn’t have as much of an issue and the end result will be thicker

Hi beautiful. I would strongly reccomend putting a frozen very ripe banana in your smoothie, it will be very ice cream shake-like. I also use peanutbutter in my smoothie, with vanilla protein, and 0 cal salt caramel. It is sooo good! ❤
