Day one:
stopped at Navarro Vineyard to enjoy snacks + the view, then ate at GoodLife Cafe & Bakery (grassfed gluten-free burger, this place is my favorite!) and hiked Mendocino Headlands, & finished at dinner at Luna Trattoria with the gluten free vodka pasta (outstanding this pasta is incredible!) and ended with a walk at Big River Beach 🌴
Day two:
Breakfast at GoodLife Cafe & Bakery (the gf eggs benedict is my favorite breakfast I've ever had anywhere 🤤 + the London Fog is literally heaven in a cup ☕️), walked the Mendocino Botanical Gardens, ate lunch at Princess Seafood (the gf crab sandwhich is 100/10) + the oysters are the best!! hello zinc!) walked Jug Handle Beach + trail after lunch, and finished at Noyo Fish Company which Bo has stated has "the best fish tacos of all time". 🤤

Wow 4 videos in one week - what a blessing!! I was debating ordering LMNT last night since I’m start hot yoga but I’m nervous I won’t like the saltiness. But, everytime I watch your videos I’m so tempted to order the grapefruit flavor! And my dream destination is also coastline Italy or Greece!! It looks stunning!! 🩷

You should try it! I personally can’t stand them though but really wish I could. I just do water, some Redmond salt, a splash of juice and coconut water and that tastes a lot better in my opinion.

I love adding it to sparkling water and adding a splash of cherry or cranberry juice! You can hardly taste the salt! (:

If you mix it with enough water, you won’t really taste the saltiness. I drink them every day now. And the flavors are great. My favorite one is the orange and citrus. ❤️

Try mixing half the packet or even add more water. I have got used to the saltiness and actually crave it now but in the beginning I diluted it more than what it said. Definitely give it a try. Citrus salt, orange salt and grapefruit salt are my top 3 ❤ not a fab of the hot ones unless you add it to your smoothie lol

I live in Canada and I've seen some pretty cool places living across Canada and now staying in southwestern Ontario. But if I could travel anywhere it would be touring the coastline of California. I've been to muskoka cottage country Ontario but would now love to see and take a tour of the California coastline. It's quite a dreamy place by the looks of it.
