I love your videos and look forward to them every week. Your advice has really helped me balance my hormones. Would you ever be willing to share your views on alcohol and fertility? Obviously it’s not a necessity but I’m wondering for social drinkers. I never see you with alcohol so I’m assuming you steer clear but I’m wondering for a broader audience who may drink - what do the studies say?

God has led me to amazing changes . I recently added homemade ACV ginger shots 🫚 helping my blood sugar and weight loss , black fermented Garlic cloves, homemade Cranberry juice , seasonal pomegranates , raw yogurt , grassfed kidney organ capsules ( I have kidney,bladder and histamine issues ) . I'm in a season right now of really focusing on my health and your videos have brought so much help to me. Currently pregnant and facing some small health problems I didn't foresee.. But I want to give my body what it needs and do this process as natural as possible without a lot of professional intervention. Which is where so many of your tips have come in clutch!! All of these tips are so helpful! I love the idea of writing my to-do list in my planner before I go to bed. I get stuck in this cycle of lying awake and remembering things I need to do the next day and putting them in my phone, which is obviously something I want to avoid when I'm actively trying to wind down. Can't wait to implement all of these in my day to day. You're such a blessing 💛

Hi Cambria!<3 What do you recommend for minimum sodium, potassium, and magnesium goals daily? I know you said 4,700 mg for potassium!

Magnesium I personally aim for 900mg and sodium is usually 2000-2500 depending on activity level :)

your lipstick looks SO beautiful on you! also, the shot in your backyard with the hummingbird moth was so so lovely. I think especially as a neurodivergent person, it can be difficult to find motivation. But I see such value in these and want to try! I think the first habit I want to really put into practice is just being with God more. Practicing presence. That makes all the other habits come a little easier :)

I was listening to your video as I was getting ready for work this morning (ok, ok, maybe not the best habit for my hormones haha) and I made the progesterone drink (except without the grapefruit pack. And I feel so great with it!! I added coconut water powder, cream of tartar, vitamin C powder, a pinch of Redmond real salt, fresh lemon juice and a little maple syrup. Will try to make that a habit!! Do you recommend drinking it once or can you drink it a couple times a day?
