Bart "Cannon" Anderson; A famous dirt track racer from the late '80s who raced in and around Eastern Illinois and Indiana, and who lost his leg in a motorcycle incident in 1997. He was a huge NASCAR fan when he raced at the dirt tracks, but without his right leg, he can't drive a car. However, his love for strategy and competitiveness make him one of the best crew chiefs around. BTW, love this series

Crew chief name, Matthew Collar, and you refer to him as "Lightning" due to his cars back in the 1990's always being painted in a lightning format. He was one of the best superspeedway racers, and a short track ringer, retired with 9 cup series wins, including 2 daytona 500 wins back to back in 1995 and 96, and his final win in 2000 at Dover. He also wants to get into car ownership, with the number being the 96, the year he won 3 races and finished 3rd in the points.

This is blatantly incorrect, as someone who’s played Heat 5 for more then 5 minutes in my life. It was very obvious there was not enough forward momentum to get to the inside of the 21 into turn 3, therefore I would’ve been stuck behind him on the bottom just like the 24 was, which would’ve given me zero chance to make a move. The top lane however gave me the opportunity to make a 3 wide move out of turn 4. If you would rather watch me ride in a line in turn 3 behind the leader instead of go for it I can do that next time at Talladega.
